About the Role
Operating in a young, evolving, and ambiguous market, our client is already in the global top ten and aiming for number one. They are seeking a Chief Legal Officer to lead their legal and regulatory agenda. You will oversee high-impact initiatives and be expected to identify and challenge risks. In return, you will join the leadership team of an ambitious, world-class trading firm.
Qualifications
- 10+ years post-qualification legal experience; common law qualification strongly preferred
- Prior CLO or General Counsel experience strongly preferred
- Background in regulated financial services environments and direct regulator engagement
- Experience with international capital markets (securities, derivatives, financial services)
- Familiarity with international corporate structures (corporate contracts, tax, employment)
- Experience with digital asset regulation highly beneficial

Location Requirement
